From Vision to Impact: My Journey
I’m Baibhav Bajpai, the founder and CEO of Profitable Earth Consulting Services. With over 17 years of experience in sustainability, risk management, and technology across the banking, finance, and technology sectors, I’ve dedicated my career to helping organizations navigate the complexities of sustainability and climate risk.
Before founding Profitable Earth, I spent several years at EY Singapore, where I led sustainability strategy development, climate risk modeling, and regulatory compliance projects for major financial institutions in the ASEAN region. My expertise spans ISSB, SASB, and TCFD frameworks, taxonomies, climate scenario analysis, and process automation, and I hold certifications such as SASB FSA Level II Candidate, SAFe® 5 Program Consultant, and GARP SCR.
My passion lies in raising human consciousness about the interconnectedness of all life on Earth. Through Profitable Earth, I aim to contribute to local and global sustainability solutions, helping businesses not only meet regulatory requirements but also embrace their role as stewards of the planet.
